The following terms and conditions apply to our services:

Water Level- We will add water while on site and turn it off when we leave. It is the home owner’s responsibility to maintain proper water level.
Chemicals-u> We will use the home owner’s chemicals when available. If they are not available, we will bill chemicals separately.
Cancellation/ Rescheduling: In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us by phone 815-232-2601 or by email at Greg@swingnsplash.com at least 24 hours in advance to avoid unnecessary trip charges.
Equipment Repairs: We will contact you directly if our technician notices an issue with your equipment. Once the repair is authorized by you, we will schedule a service technician.
Pets- The homeowner is responsible to contain and restrain their pets whenever a service technician is on the property.
Every consideration will be given to perform the services on a specific day; however, the ultimate day is at our discretion.
All Maintenance is required to have a credit card on file with SwingnSplash. Charges will be processed after service is complete.
