$35 - Express Maintenance- Pools & Hot Tubs- Lake Carroll (service only on routine service days) Test Pool Water Chemistry & Add Customer’s Chemicals
$55 - Full-Service Pool Maintenance Test Pool Water Chemistry & Add Customer’s Chemicals Empty Skimmer & Pump Baskets, Skim Debris Take water sample to store for computerized water analysis Vacuuming is a separate service at $95/hour
$50 - Full Hot Tub Maintenance Test Hot Tub Water Chemistry & Add Customer’s Chemicals Clean Filters when necessary Wipe Down Hot Tub Cover when needed Brush Waterline

  1. Water Level- We will add water while on site and turn it off when we leave. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to maintain the proper water level.
  2. Chemicals- We will use the homeowner’s chemicals when available. If they are not available, we will bill chemicals separately.
  3. Cancellation/ Rescheduling: In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us by phone (815) 208-2182 or by email at Greg@swingnsplash.com at least 24 hours in advance to avoid unnecessary trip charges.
  4. Equipment Repairs: We will contact you directly if our technician notices an issue with your equipment. Once the repair is authorized by you, we will schedule a service technician.
  5. Pets- The homeowner is responsible to contain and restrain their pets whenever a service technician is on the property.
  6. Every consideration will be given to perform the services on a specific day; however, the ultimate day is at our discretion.
  7. All Maintenance is required to have a credit card on file with SwingnSplash. Charges will be processed after service is complete.
